Scottsdale Remodels provides architectural layout design, material selection coordination, and client-representation services. We are not a licensed contractor. All structural fabrication, framing, tiling, wiring, plumbing, and physical installation is performed by independent, licensed Arizona specialists whom we coordinate on your behalf. We do not perform new construction or ground-up builds.
Because Scottsdale Remodels operates exclusively as a design and concierge advisor, all physical construction guarantees, structural warranties, and build-phase responsibilities remain strictly with the respective independent licensed Arizona specialists performing the physical installation. We act as your project advocate on-site to inspect work, but do not assume direct general contractor liability.
